“Hey, Pretty Face!”—a term of endearment I’ve always used when greeting and engaging with friends. So, when it came time to name this space—a place meant for connection and shared experiences—it felt only right to call it just that.

For years, I dreamed of attending fashion school, but the pressures of growing up African, where pursuing a “practical” degree is often expected, led me to starting an Associate’s in International Business instead. After meeting my husband and navigating some big life changes, I decided to take another shot at my dream. I took a Fashion Business course at the prestigious Marangoni Fashion Institute in Milan, followed by studies in Brand Management, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising at Accademia del Lusso in Belgrade.

Shortly after, I became a mother, and my priorities naturally shifted, immersing myself in full-time SAHM life. But my passion for fashion never faded. Determined to stay connected to the industry, I took a leap of faith and launched this blog—focusing on personal style and fashion, but not limited to that alone. My goal is to inspire, build a community, and connect with like-minded women, from stylishly bomb moms to everyday women who embody confidence and creativity.

This blog isn’t just a destination—it’s a tool. A space for self-expression, celebrating fashion, culture, and personal growth. A place to uplift other creatives who strive to do something worth recognizing.
