Monochrome Streetstyle Dressing

I think by now you guys know my personal style reflects a lot of neutral and monochromatic looks. For me, it's the ultimate “lazy girl” hack to looking chic and put together. Shhhh! Don’t tell anyone.

When I don’t have the time or the energy, my go-to look is something monochromatic. When trying to avoid being too basic I avoid the all-black look and opt for a soft monochromatic look- which would be your whites/beiges/tans.

My favorite monochromatic vibe to date.

Soft monochrome to me is so versatile. It's easy to pair with deep browns, tans or blacks if you’d like. You can mix pastels, you can mix bolds, you can mix neon. Possibilities are endless. And of course, yes you can do that with an all-black look as well, but a soft monochrome look tells everyone you really know what you're doing. It's soft and feminine, and it gives the impression that “mama got her stuff ALL the way together”. And that's exactly the vibe we like to give off.

This top and bottom is a set from Liebeskind Berlin. Very chic and soft, with amazing detailing around the neck and shoulders that is everything but boring. Black accessories and a camel trench to complete the look.

PS throwing a camel trench over the shoulders says “I am fashion, babe” no matter what you’re wearing.

Not only is this look easy and effortless, it also transitions favorably from work place to happy hour and you know we stan for a multifunctional outfit.
