2019 was easily the year of androgyny. Oversized looks, masculine silhouettes, big shoulders. Blazers paired with everything, dresses, skirts and even biker shorts. As unexpected as that was, it was certainly the most popular trend of the year.

All within reason of course, as I found this look to be the most effortless and easiest look to date. The idea of looking like you're not trying too hard, but wanting to make an impression is a whole vibe in itself, that many would call minimalism. Which is pretty much the grounds to my style personality- so an easy W for me.

I particularly loved this quick look for a shopping trip, cute lunch dates or just a look to throw on when you want to look a put together but still casual. I kept everything in neutrals yet the different shades of whites and creams and beiges together added that layer of lux.

This neutral trend that’s been trending since last season will definitely be a carry-over into S/S 20. But if you ask me, there’s really nothing trendy about neutrals, it's classic, it's timeless, and it's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Complimented the look with these fun leopard print heels (which I also consider a neutral) to dress it up a bit, but you could always throw on some crisp white sneakers for a more casual vibe.

Ps I always find the best oversized blazers and coats at the thrift store. What was your favorite fashion trend from last year and will you be bringing it into this season? Leave a comment down below, I’d love to hear what you guys have to say.
